1. Acceptance of these Terms
By using this website or any ArsianCare service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or services.
2. Not a substitute for professional medical advice
Content on this website — including articles, health-package descriptions and general guidance — is provided for information only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Test results should be interpreted by a qualified doctor in the context of your history and examination. Always seek the advice of your physician or another qualified health provider with any questions about a medical condition.
In a medical emergency, do not rely on this website. Call your local emergency number or go to the nearest hospital immediately.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to book services or create requests on your own behalf. A parent or legal guardian may arrange services for a minor and is responsible for the information provided and for these Terms on the minor’s behalf.
4. Appointments, tests and home collection
- Appointment and collection slots are offered subject to availability and confirmation, and may be rescheduled due to clinical, staffing or operational reasons.
- You are responsible for providing accurate identity, contact, address and clinical-referral details. Incorrect details may lead to delays, incorrect reports or cancellation.
- Certain tests require specific preparation (for example fasting). Failure to follow preparation instructions may require a repeat sample at additional cost.
- Home-collection service is available only within serviceable areas and time windows communicated at the time of booking.
5. Reports and the download portal
- Report turnaround times are indicative. Some tests are referred to partner laboratories and may take longer.
- Access credentials for the “Download Report” portal are personal to you. Keep them confidential; you are responsible for activity under your access.
- Reports are made available for a limited period. Download and retain your own copy; contact us if you need a record after it is no longer available online.
- Do not use another person’s details to obtain a report without their authorisation.
6. Fees, payments and refunds
- Prices are those displayed or quoted at the time of booking and may change without notice for future bookings. Taxes apply as required by law.
- Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways; your use of them is subject to their terms.
- Refunds for cancelled bookings or tests not performed are processed in line with our cancellation and refund practices communicated at booking. Fees for services already rendered (including sample collection and processing) are generally non-refundable.
- Free health-camp services are provided at no charge and remain subject to these Terms and to any camp-specific conditions.
7. Acceptable use
When using this website, you agree not to:
- provide false, misleading or unauthorised information, or impersonate another person;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, other users’ data, or our systems;
- introduce malware, scrape content at scale, or interfere with the site’s normal operation;
- use the site or services for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose; or
- copy, reproduce or republish site content except as permitted below.
8. Intellectual property
The website and its content — text, graphics, logos, the ArsianCare name and mark, images, layout and code — are owned by or licensed to ArsianCare LLP and are protected by applicable law.
