What we help with

If it hurts to move, start here

Common problems we treat — whether it’s a new injury or something you’ve lived with for years:

Back & neck pain

Disc-related pain, sciatica, stiffness and desk-job strain that keeps coming back.

Knee & shoulder

Arthritis, frozen shoulder, ligament and cartilage issues, or pain that limits daily tasks.

Sports injuries

Sprains, strains and overuse injuries — with a plan to return to activity safely.

Post-surgery rehab

Structured recovery after joint replacement, fracture fixation or ligament repair.

Posture & desk strain

Headaches, upper-back tightness and wrist pain from long hours at a screen.

Senior mobility & balance

Strength, walking confidence and fall-prevention work for older adults.

Sudden severe pain, numbness, weakness or loss of bladder/bowel control needs urgent medical review first — call +91 92301 88640 or see a doctor before booking physiotherapy.

What to expect

How a session works

Assessment first, then treatment and a plan you take home.

  1. 1

    Assessment

Movement, strength and posture are checked, along with your history and any scans or reports you bring.

  2. 2

    Hands-on treatment

Manual therapy, mobilisation, dry needling or electrotherapy as needed to settle pain and free up movement.

  3. 3

    Guided exercise

You’re taught the right exercises, in the right order, with the correct technique — not a generic sheet.

  4. 4

    Home plan & review

A short daily programme to do between visits, with progress checked and the plan adjusted each session.

Physiotherapy FAQs

Do I need a doctor’s referral?

Not for most muscle and joint problems — you can book directly. Bring any recent X-rays, MRI or prescriptions if you have them.

How many sessions will I need?

It depends on the problem. Simple strains may need 3–4 sessions; post-surgery or chronic pain rehab runs longer. You’ll get an estimate after the first assessment.

What should I wear or bring?

Loose, comfortable clothing you can move in. Bring any imaging reports, a list of your medication, and footwear you normally walk or exercise in.

Is home physiotherapy available?

Home visits can be arranged for patients who can’t travel — for example soon after surgery. Call +91 92301 88640 to check availability.

What does it cost?

₹500 per session. Fees are indicative and may change — call +91 92301 88640 to confirm before you book.
