Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?
Both work. You can book a doctor and time slot in advance, or walk in and we’ll fit you into the next open slot for that department — usually the same day.
Can I get a blood test without seeing a doctor first?
Yes. Walk in with your test list or prescription, or book home sample collection. Reports are linked to your ArsianCare record and shared online as soon as they’re ready.
How do I get my reports?
Every report goes online the moment it’s ready — use the Download Report link at the top of the site. A printed copy is available at the centre if you prefer.
Is my record shared between the two centres?
Yes. Consultations, prescriptions and diagnostics are on one patient record, so it doesn’t matter which centre you visit next — your history is already there.
Do you offer home sample collection?
We do, across Barasat and Bidhan Nagar. Book a slot and a phlebotomist collects the sample at home; the report reaches you the same way as an in-centre test.
What are the preventive health packages?
Bundled check-ups built around age and need — and one preventive camp package free every month. Each package is reviewed by a physician after the results are in.
