Anxiety & worry
Racing thoughts, panic, constant “what ifs”, or health anxiety that won’t switch off.
A private, judgement-free space to talk things through — at your own pace, with a trained psychotherapist. In person at Barasat & Bidhan Nagar, or by phone.
Sessions are with Mr. Pitambar Chakraborty, Consultant Psychotherapist. The first session is about understanding what’s going on; from there you agree a plan together — there’s no fixed number of sessions and no referral needed.
Takes about a minute — we call back to confirm
Request received. Our team will call you to confirm your session — discreetly.
If something has been weighing on you, that’s reason enough. Common things people bring:
Racing thoughts, panic, constant “what ifs”, or health anxiety that won’t switch off.
Feeling flat, unmotivated or numb, losing interest in things you used to enjoy.
Work or study pressure, feeling stretched thin, running on empty.
Trouble falling or staying asleep that isn’t explained by a medical cause.
Conflict, communication, separation, parenting strain, or feeling alone.
Loss of someone or something, a diagnosis, a move, or a chapter ending.
Counselling is talk-based support and is not a substitute for psychiatric care. If you’re in crisis or thinking of harming yourself, please call +91 92301 88640 or a helpline right away.
